Hardscape Crew Member
Blue Oak Patio & Landscape is a growing patio and hardscape installation company looking for a reliable Hardscape Crew Member to join our team!
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have prior hardscape or construction experience (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate power tools and small construction equipment. You should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.

- At least 5 years experience as crew leader primarily performing hardscape installations (paver/stone patios, seat walls, retaining walls, etc.).
- Able to read a plan drawing.
- Understand how to evaluate and prepare the site.
- Know how to operate machinery (dingo/bobcat loader).
- Skilled at saw cutting.
- Have a very keen attention to detail.
- Able to regularly lift 35 lbs.
