Revisions
Review designer drawings – depends on the project.
Contract is signed
Down payment is invoiced approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of work. – Schedule backlog varies depending on the time of year and other projects.
Project work commences
Project length varies. Approximately 1 day per 100 square feet of paver patio installation, 1-2 days for steps (depending on how many), 2-3+ days for seat walls (depending on length/how many), 1+ days for landscape (depending on scope).
